The way that the world of finance is set up, payday loan businesses are pretty much the same the world over. Credit Counseling Canada (CCC) is a non-profit organization whose members provide assistance to Canadians by helping them solve their debt problems and learn how to better manage their liquidity and credit. They do not discredit payday lenders  as not being legitimate business people, nor will they recommend their services either They simply want to give you all the financial help and advice you can get  Customers are entitled to, and will get upon request, a professional consultation without charge or at a minimal cost. During the consultation, all of the options regarding the resolving of debt problems are explored.

It is ultimately up to you though, the consumer, as to what you are going to do with the information that is given you. What the CCC hopes to accomplish is to make you a more informed consumer. They want you to know that payday lenders only are not the sole option that you have to get out of debt. They are certainly not the worst option, but they are not the only one either. There is nothing wrong with knowing as much as you can about how to properly handle your finances, and if these types of businesses are right for you, you should be able to make an informed decision to be able to come to that conclusion. You can only get lucky so many times in regards to guessing what the best service is for your situation.

There are vast networks of governmental agencies and non-profit organizations across Canada that are ready to assist you if need be. The way that payday lenders only have progressed over the years make it extremely easy and tempting to take out a guaranteed payday loan, even if it is for a small amount. You need to be an educated consumer though to know that you are making the right decision by going this route. There are many legitimate reasons to use these businesses, but it helps if you know all of your options first.
